Podium Lab ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Podium Lab coaching platform at thepodiumlab.com and related mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), profile photo, and role (coach or client).
• Coaching data: training programs, workouts, nutrition plans, habit logs, messages, forum posts, and client progress records you create or submit.
• Health and fitness data: workout completions, meal logs, macro targets, body metrics, and optional activity imports you provide.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Media: photos and videos uploaded for exercise demos, form checks, and messaging, stored via Supabase Storage and Bunny Stream.
• Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, and analytics needed to operate and secure the platform.

How we use your information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Podium Lab platform.
• Authenticate users and manage coach–client relationships.
• Process subscriptions, marketplace purchases, and client payments.
• Send transactional emails (invites, password resets, billing notices).
• Detect fraud, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

We use trusted processors to operate Podium Lab:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — platform billing, marketplace payouts, and client payment processing.
• Bunny Stream — video hosting and delivery.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Each processor is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Coaches and clients may request account deletion by contacting privacy@thepodiumlab.com. We will delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@thepodiumlab.com to exercise these rights.
