Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Podium Lab's coaching platform, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Coaches are responsible for their team members and clients they invite. You must be at least 18 years old to create a coach account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Coach accounts include up to three clients at no charge. Adding a fourth client requires an active Growth subscription billed through Stripe based on your client count. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

3. Marketplace

Approved sellers may list training programs for sale. Podium Lab collects an application fee on marketplace transactions. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for delivering the described content. Stripe Connect handles seller payouts subject to Stripe's terms.

4. Coach and client content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Podium Lab a license to host, display, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates applicable law.

5. Health disclaimer

Podium Lab is a software platform for coaches and athletes. We do not provide medical advice. Coaches and clients are responsible for ensuring training and nutrition plans are appropriate for individual health conditions. Consult a qualified professional before starting any program.

6. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or use the platform to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podium Lab is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
